How We Use Personal Data

All personal data provided when a customer places an order, is kept on file for the purposes of fulfilling the order.  It is also retained to ensure that we know who our customers are and can help efficiently with any queries.  We never share customer details with third parties for whom we do not act as Data Controller.  All information is collected lawfully in full accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal and credit card information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collate from our website.

We are recognised as PCI Compliant and fully comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) who have strict guidelines to ensure that credit card information is processed, stored, transmitted and maintained in a secure environment.  If you place an order with us, your payment is processed securely with PayPal so no individual is ever able to see your full card details. 

All data collated by us is safely stored on a Secure Server which is encrypted and protected by a Firewall.
